A group of condos that are adjacent to the Lima Heights neighborhood. They are red-bricked and built one next to the other with three condos per building. There’s a nice garden at the center of the neighborhood that often gets covered in graffiti (people blame Lima Heights hoodlums).

For those who prefer to keep close to the city there are a couple of apartments around to accommodate them. The rooms aren’t all that big and the landlord can be strict about the rent but it’s generally crime and rat free. The building has access to the roof where the tenants throw a barbecue every now and again.

An infamous neighborhood in Lima. Most of the people here live at or below the poverty line. It’s also the place to find the best fake IDs. Police officers do rounds in the area once or twice a day but it doesn’t stop the crime rate from going down. Not even the buses drive through here, they merely stop at Lima Heights Street.
