i'm up for threading whenever you are, hon. :)
perhaps Quinn could be smoking with the Skanks and Charlie notices them under the bleaches during a Cheerio practice? Also, don't worry, he'd have plenty of venom to spit himself considering how he viewed Quinn as the thing keeping him from being the best Cheerio he could be with Sue's blatent favouritism of her. He'd only be trying to entice her back to New Directions because his friends want her there, not him. AND THEN THEY BECOME BFFLS! :')
And I actually know the perfect song Charlie can do (with Cheerio dancer back-up) to annoy Quinn into rejoining. ;)

Charlie/Kurt
Charlie is a sexy motherflipping seventeen year old captain of the Cheerios and (self proclaimed) rising star of New Directions. Charlie and Kurt would no doubt get on like a house on fire from their past comradeship from the Cheerios and both being out anad proud gays, the only difference being the protection Charlie is afforded by his uniform. Despite his bravado, Charlie is very naive when it comes to proper relationships, and would no doubt look to Kurt as a gay guru and hold him in his close circle of friends if Kurt allowed him to. Also, they could make sweet sweet music if they did a duet for a competition ;)

It's a two year course, and I've almost finished my first year :) hoping to go on to university and either study social work or be a group leader in a nursery. Love those little rugrats! haha :)
I'll check out your plot page, because Charlie is dying for things to do. Also, if Hayley wants a job, check the wanted section. There are jobs going at Charlie's family's shop :)

Charlie had been sat on the top tier of seats in the room, Santana and Brittany on one side of her and Kurt on the other. Charlie had recently found out from Ms. Sylvester that he wouldn’t actually be captaining the Cheerios solo and that he would have a co-captain in Santana. He couldn’t complain too much, the bitchy closet case was hilarious and a force to be reckoned with, but he preferred to think of her as a deputy rather than an equal in terms of their position within the squad.
Still, the prospect of an evil alliance with one of Satan’s representatives on Earth had lots of benefits for Charlie’s social hold over the school. His Cheerio uniform protected him from any homophobic attack and the girls all would blithely follow him along, but with Santana by his side he could make sure the male population not only begrudgingly followed the social rules, but would willing leap into battle for him, albeit through Santana’s command. The two were already quickly becoming friends but he would have to propose this coup of the school during the next New Directions or Cheerios sleepover. On the other hand (or side, however you’d like to think of it) was Kurt. He and Charlie were becoming great friends and Charlie had nothing but admiration for Kurt’s bravery in the face of daily life at McKinley. Charlie Irving, the boy who hid behind the mask and uniform of Charlie, Head Bitch of the Cheerios, would cower beneath the covers of his bed if he had to come to this awful place each day without the protection of his red, white and black colours.
While Charlie was contemplating this and idly braiding Brittany’s hair, the blonde Cheerio currently being laid across his and Santana’s laps, a pretty girl with blonde curls came into the room. Another audition so soon? New Directions were certainly growing from the ragtag little force they were originally into an actual real show choir! The girl said she was singing These Four Walls by Miley Cyrus, a secret guilty pleasure of Charlie’s, so the boy’s attention quickly focused on her. Her voice was good, that much could be assured. Still, Charlie being the kind of bitch that he was, he couldn’t help but think the five main powerhouses of the group, himself, Santana, Mercedes, Kurt and Berry could trounce her in a diva off. A compliment, however, was that she was well within the ranges of girls like Tina, Brittany and Quinn, all who had beautifully unique voices.
While she was singing, he noticed Mercedes down on the front row whispering to Artie about how good the girl’s voice was. Sam seemed to appreciate the country twang to her voice as well, from what Charlie could see. A duet between those two could be pretty nice, if Kurt allowed it, that is. When she finished the song, Charlie watched Mercedes and a few others stand up to applaud her. He joined in the applause, but remained seated with Santana.
“Nice job!” he added to the other random sounds of congratulations from around the room.

sorry for jumping in, but I saw Sebastian and thought that he and Charlie could make an 'evil' gay alliance :p nah, seriously I think they'd be good friends. Both quite similar in their ambition and could probably be fun to thread together as frenemies (the obvious competition between ND and Garglers would factor in to it, I think). Let me know if you're up for it :) check out Charlie Irving's bio if you need to see what he's about.
