Condominiums settled along one of the routes into the city, the Worthington Condos are known for their high security and for the close-knit community that lives there. They usually hold festivals, bake sales and garage sales from spring to summer. There are three condos per building, and three rows of four buildings. Most of the condos have two rooms and two balconies. Each condo has two parking spaces allotted to it.
