Worthington Condos Condominiums settled along one of the routes into the city, the Worthington Condos are known for their high security and for the close-knit community that lives there. They usually hold festivals, bake sales and garage sales from spring to summer. There are three condos per building, and three rows of four buildings. Most of the condos have two rooms and two balconies. Each condo has two parking spaces allotted to it. |

Blackhawk Forest Neighborhood A relatively new neighborhood, Blackhawk is primarily comprised of young couples and young families who have moved to Westerville in the last ten years. It is very close to the northern edge of the city and is surrounded by several clusters of Buckeye, the official tree of Ohio. Most of the houses are one-floor with dark panel ceilings and pale colored walls. |

Spring Grove One of the largest neighborhoods in Westerville, Spring Grove is filled with the scent and sights of local fauna and flora. It is your typical all-american neighborhood and is just a stones-throw away from the local water park. Many of the houses here have large backyards and small front yards, with creatively designed mailboxes. It's not unusual to take a walk and see groups of children riding bikes along the sidewalks here. Many of the residents tend to greet you as you pass by. |

Seven Oaks Townhouses with 1,500 square feet of space, settled within the Spring Grove neighborhood. Each Townhouse has three floors and roof access. They are built from brownstone materials and have a very rugged look to them. A couple of small parks sit a few feet away from these townhouses. |
