1.All applications must be created and filled as designated by the application thread, no deviations allowed unless explicitly cited by the Head Admin.
2. All applications may be incomplete as long as the title of the thread informs it. In other words, if your thread is incomplete the title of the application must include one of the following: [Inc.] [Incomplete] [Not Complete] [WIP].
3. All Incomplete Applications will be moved if left incomplete for one week (seven days) unless the staff has been informed as to why the application cannot be completed in time.
4. If your application has yet to be looked over or accepted, please be patient. The staff is also preoccupied with other matters outside of the site that can (and most likely will) conflict with Vocal-Exhilaration
5. In the case that your application has not been accepted or denied, please wait two days until informing a staff through Private Message. The 48 hours should be counted from the moment the application was posted; this can be seen in the thread, near the top of the post.
6. All Face Claims must be made after the application is accepted and it is important that this is done. This way we don't have issues if someone else wants to use the same play-by and the current person using it has not claimed it.
7. There is no specific minimum to what you should post in each section of the application but it is the position of the Staff that you should cover your character's personality and history with as much detail as possible. There is also no specific minimum for the RP Example. This last section is non-negotiable and must be completed.
