- Annie is the golden girl on the outside. Always smiling and making everyone happy. She tries to be incredibly friendly to everyone she talks to, even if some people are jerks to her. Annie has been a dancer for as long as she can remember, mostly ballet dancing. She hides her insecurities the best she can but sometimes gets stage fright when it comes to a performance. She really is a good dancer but is always mentally and sometimes physically beating herself up for the times she screws up in a piece. Her dream is to join the Russian Ballet and become a prima-ballerina.

- Family:
Annie was born April 25th, and was adored as the perfect spring baby. Her mother and father are both filthy rich lawyers and she never knew anything else. She has no siblings and has lived in big houses her whole life that always felt empty and lifeless. Over the years she had grown close to her lifelong governess, Accalia Marquez, and thinks of her as a mother figure more than her own mother. Her parents are named Janice and Peter. Her governess still is with them and gives her rides to school every day still. Annie doesn’t mind though, especially since the car is a Porshe.
In terms of school: She went to private school all the way until the end of her Junior year. But then something changed in Annie, she stopped being such a push-over to her parents and begged them to let her go to public school to make some ‘real’ friends. Her private school friends were all too smart, too cocky, or too pretty for her. Her parents were only convinced when they saw the look on her face when she described how she needed inspiration to dance, and so far private school was far from offering it.
In terms of dance: Put in dance classes since she was three, her parents enrolled her in tap, modern, jazz and ballet. Within two weeks it was obvious that ballet was where she belonged. So they pulled her from jazz and tap, but left her in Modern and Ballet. The creativity and fluidity of modern dance helped contrast the structure of ballet therefore making her a well-rounded dancer. She has been in a company in town for as long as she can remember and doubled her schedule by joining the school dance company at McKinley. She regrets leaving jazz and tap and is hoping that someone could show her the ropes. She also wants to learn hip-hop, mostly to spite her parents who think it is a vulgar form of dance.

Annie stood up so quickly that she almost fell right over again. It was going to be her first day at McKinley High School, public school. The excitement almost overcame her completely as she got dressed in the outfit she had laid out the night before. A black tight fit tee and light colored skinny jeans. This was going to be her first time going to school without a uniform on, thank heavens!
She had her backpack ready and threw it over her shoulder, brushing her teeth as she ran down the stairs. “Annie, will you stop running!?” Janice, Annie’s mother, called from the breakfast table and Annie just ran right past her, she spit out her toothpaste filled mouth in the kitchen sink and waved to her mother before bolting out the door.
Accalia was waiting in the drivers seat of the sleek silver Porsche and Annie jumped in. “Let’s roll!” Annie said excitedly, Accalia just laughed and pressed on the gas. The two zoomed off down the long driveway that led uphill to her mansion like house. Annie looked out the back window and watched as her parents got into their own separate cars, talking on their cell phones and not even saying good morning. If there was one thing Annie wouldn’t miss about home, it was that.
