I have always wanted rachel to have a realationship with her mother, but i have never found someone who is both willing and able to play the mother of such a talented girl, and one who would so willingly give her up for a bastard child of a teen. It may sound rude (if you can't tell im not a beth fan) but in all, tis the truth. She is close to jesse st james, seeing as she used him for a link between her daughter and herself.
Personality is easy, she is a canon, and id love for someone to take her... someone who is up to the chalange, and someone who wants to have a mother daughter realtionship.
