McKinley High

Everything seems pretty peaceful around McKinley for most, but it's actually anything but. The Titans actually won a few games last year, pulling off a few records, but can the jocks keep it up with the constant harassment towards one another? And will the hockey team lay off a little?

Speaking of harassment, the McKinley Glee club, New Directions, are in a tough situation. Summer was pretty calm for everyone. For most it was their last to lay back and relax before Senior year started up. Others, just another summer to lay around and bask in the sunlight. But the lazy days have to end at some point... and that point seemed to end the moment they stepped foot in school a few weeks before. Rachel Berry, the president of New Directions, has decided to let loose and throw another party... one which will hopefully turn out better than others. Boy, does she have a surprise coming at her. Jesse St. James is back to steal her heart, although Finn Hudson is her current boyfriend. Will Rachel run back to Jesse? Will something so crazy happen and make her rethink her choices?

In other relationship drama, It seems that Sam Evans is being a bit guarded about his love life... as well as Kurt Hummel. Few have suspected a secret relationship with the two, but what about Blaine? There is also a little speculation about the whole Santana and Karofsky relationship. Let's face it, nobody saw it coming, but everyone knows the 'Queen Bitch' gets around. It was only a matter of time.

All in all, it's bound to be a pretty crazy year at McKinley High!

Dalton Academy

Our site’s background stays true to the original Glee canon, as well as drawing from the universe of CP Coulter’s Dalton. To consolidate the two, we’ve taken liberties in regards to the latter, to match it to the original canon. Divergences from CP Coulter’s original work include

- Kurt and Blaine never got together, and all subsequent events (the romantic escapades of New Year’s Eve, the Valentine’s Fair debacle, the fight with Logan in the corridor which led to Logan and Blaine disclosing their background to Kurt, etc.) that are a specific result thereof are altered according to the cooperation of the roleplayers and characters involved.

- The events of Hell Night have changed such that instead of the complete chaos that ensued, Adam was apprehended early, before he could injure anyone seriously. While it caused an uproar among the Dalton parents, there was no cry to shut down the school.
Whether the roleplayer chooses to assume CP Coulter’s or Glee’s characterization of the canon Warblers is up to their own discretion, but all of Coulter’s original characters are accepted as valid canon on Vocal Exhilaration.

The events occurring between Hell Night and Regionals proceed according to Glee canon, with the sole divergence that, in VE canon, Pavarotti never died; therefore, Kurt and Blaine never got the push they needed to pursue a romance, “Candles” wasn’t performed at Regionals, and the Dalton Academy Warblers lost.
