[/b][/color] The words flamboyant and feisty may come up in one’s head when Kurt struts by in the hallways, sporting something straight off the runway… but truthfully, those aren’t really traits that any of Kurt’s close family or friends would peg on him. He’s quite broken inside; nothing seems to go right. The light is always anywhere else but the end of the tunnel for this guy, and it makes living hard for him.

He’s not always in a bad mood, though. Kurt does have more than a handful of great, and sometimes amazing, days. He’s one of the sweetest guys around when he wants to be – especially to his best friends in Glee. Now, get him to the mall and you’ll see a completely different side.

HISTORY: Kurt Hummel grew up as a very demanding, dramatic child. When he was eight years old he would set up weddings with his power rangers and was asking for a pair of 'sensible heels' at the age of three. His mother died suddenly when he was eight, leaving him and his father, Burt. Kurt was bullied a little all through elementary, but it really picked up in Middle School. While all of the other boys were maturing, Kurt felt like he was stuck. His voice was so high, it couldn't be normal! He finally came to accept himself for who he is. Kurt loves anything and everything to do with fashion. He favors designer clothing the most. Perry Ellis, Alexander McQueen, and Marc Jacobs are his favorites. He has a morning skin moisturizing routine and loves to give makeovers. He says that his three main gifts would have to be his voice, ability to spot upcoming trends in mens fashion, and to tell when hair coloring comes from a bottle. He's a huge fan of Greys Anatomy considering he camps out to get the DVD's when they become available. He can speak fluent french and can hit an F5 when he sings. Kurt is also an atheist.

Kurt is majorly bullied in McKinley High by a numerous amount of people including Dave Karofsky, Sue Sylvester, the Cheerios, and the rest of the football team. Kurt's Dad surprisingly stands up for Kurt no matter the situation. Burt got engaged to Finn Hudson's mother, and Kurt was able to plan the whole wedding. His crush on Finn didn't really stick with him after they became brothers. When Sam moved to Lima, Kurt was guilty of having a crush on him... and thought it was pretty obvious he could be gay. He was quickly proved wrong when Sam started dating Quinn and eventually Santana, so he brushed if off. By then, he had also met Blaine. Blaine is everything Kurt wants. Kindhearted, chivalrous, and most of all – gay. Sadly, Blaine's love for Kurt is unrequited. Kurt transferred to Dalton and eventually found his place... but he never felt whole. He always knew that he belonged in the New Directions, so after a few months of singing flirty duets with Blaine (which were strictly for practice, as Kurt learned later.) he transferred back to McKinley. Even though Kurt is bullied daily - shoved into a locker, slushied, yelled at - he tries to stay strong and keep his head up. Sometimes it's very, very hard. He sticks up for what he believes in and won't take no for an answer
