HISTORY: As a child, Lucy Fabray was often bullied. Nobody wanted to sit with her at lunch or be her friend. She originally had brown, was overweight, and wore oversized glasses. Children made fun of her because of this and called her "Lucy Caboosey". She was very depressed and transferred schools after this. When her father got a raise at his job, she asked him if she could get a nose job. After this, she began working out and exercising. She began to dance and cheerlead. She then, wanting to never be recognized as "Lucy", asked people to call her by her middle name, Quinn. She went through a transformation and began attending William McKinley High, where she was the top of the pyramid, where she was a queen bee and the head of the Cheerios - the McKinley High cheerleading squad. She was dating the popularest guy in school, Finn Hudson, the quarterback on the football team... But then things started to change... And Quinn fell from the top of the pack to the bottom.
Quinn's popularity began to drop when she joined the Glee club out of jealousy. Finn was spending so much time with Rachel, and it was obvious that Rachel wanted Finn for her own. But it all really began when Quinn found out that she was pregnant. She wasn't expecting it; it all came by so fast. Quinn was drunk at a party and Noah Puckerman and her had a one night stand. Afraid that Finn would be angry and break up with her, she lied and said that the baby was his. Quinn soon found out that she was pregnant... while she was currently dating Finn. Sue Sylvester, hearing about the pregnancy, kicks Quinn out of the Cheerios, saying that she didn't want the head cheerleader to be pregnant. She gives the head cheerleader spot to Santana, and Quinn and Santana have a little fight over this. When Finn finds out about the pregnancy, he goes over to her house. They have dinner together and then he starts singing a ballad about how Quinn is having his baby, in front of her parents. Her father gets angry and stops Finn in the middle of the song. Finn told him that they never had sex, but he doesn't believe him, and kicks Quinn out of the house. She then moves in with Finn.
She urged Finn to get a career, so that she had enough money to pay for visits to the doctor. Her parents knew nothing about this. Puck soon began to give Quinn some money from his pool-cleaning job from the summer, which comforted her a little. Quinn, seeing potential for a father more in Puck than Quinn, tried to urge Rachel into hanging out with Quinn... while she sneakily hung out with Puck. She plans a baby-sitting night for them and Terri's nephews. Terri and her sister think that after the night, Quinn would have given her dreams up of being a mother, and Terry would be able to adopt Quinn's child. However, Quinn and Puck pull it off, and the kids go to bed and even take a bath. Terry's sister is truly impressed. The next day, though, Quinn finds off that Puck was sexting "sexy-texting" Santana during this time. She gets angry when he says that he can't be tied down to just one girl, unless they 'give it to him' every night.
Rachel soon finds out about the Quinn/Puck/Finn incident and tells Finn about this. Puck and Finn get into a fight and their friendship is ruined. Finn then breaks up with Quinn, and begins committing to Rachel instead. Quinn then moves in with Puck's family, but after developing a friendship with Mercedes, she moves in with her instead.
At Regionals, when Vocal Adreniline is performing, Quinn speaks to her mother. She tells her that her water just broke. Her mother says that she can come back come, as she's lonely, and her father cheated with a 'tattooed freak'. Quinn is then rushed to the hospital. There, Quinn asks Puck if he ever had really loved her, and he tells her that he does and still does. Shelby Corcoran then asks what the name of the baby will be, and Puck responds, 'Beth'. She allows Shelby Corcoran to adopt her baby, and Shelby, through Puck's wishes, names the baby 'Beth'.
Soon after, a new kid, Sam, joins New Directions. She comforts Sam and he asks her to sing a duet with him. While practicing, he tries to kiss her, and she backs away. He then apologizes and she refuses to sing with him again. However, Rachel and Finn convince them to pair up again and they sing Lucky, and win a free dinner at BreadstiX. Quinn tells him that it is not a date. When they arrive at BreadstiX, Sam tells her that she is brave for still going to McKinley after a pregnancy. She then throws away the coupon for a free dinner and when he asks why, she says, "A true gentleman always pays on the first date." Quinn cheats on Sam with Finn, and Quinn and Sam break up soon after. Finn and Quinn have an on/off relationship for a while, until Finn decides that Rachel is 'the one' and leaves Quinn. * Quinn's identity as "Lucy Caboosey" is revealed through this time.

Quinn returns back in McKinley High for her senior year with pink hair. She joins a new group, 'the Skanks', a group for rebellious, misfit girls.

Oh, so it was a drunk driving accident. She wondered what it must feel like being in a car accident. However, she didn't bother to ask. Besides, she wasn't even sure if Jason would be able to explain... or maybe he had forgotten? Being pushed down the stairs was pretty painful. Not just from her body hitting the floor, but from the very thought that it was her boyfriend that had pushed her. On purpose. "Oh," Naomi commented, "So it was your friend's fault." Ah, well, he must be over his death by now. After all, he had been in Dirge for a while now, right? Naomi was curious as whether she would be over her boy in a few months or so. Of course, she know longer harnessed a love for him - however, she wasn't sure if she would ever forgive him. She was the type to hold a grudge, for a very long time. Well, at least, if what had happened was serious. And being killed was serious. She did want revenge. If only... It sucked though - she wouldn't be able to torture him for the rest of his life, like she would, if she could. She would haunt him and hurt him until he was insane and killed himself... He hurt her, after all.
"I guess you're right. After all, I'm dead now, I have all the time I need to do whatever." she smiled at the thought. At his question, Naomi shrugged. "Nah, not really, I guess. You're answering my questions. Besides, you're pretty interesting, so it isn't all that bad." she smirked. At his next question, she began to realize that now it was Jason asking the questions and her answering them. "Well... I love to sing. I've always wanted to be a singer, which is part of the reason that I'm pissed that I ended up here. I wanted to be famous, but I guess that dream is impossible now." she shrugged. "I like to cause trouble and pull pranks, cheer lead a little, throw parties, swim, and shop, of course." Naomi cocked her head to one side with curiousity. "What about you?" she asked.
